lodi646 Terms and Conditions — Philippine Players

1. Eligibility

To register and use lodi646, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, director or officer of lodi646 or any of its related entities , or a close family member of such a person.

By registering an account on lodi646, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and that the personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete. lodi646 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.

2. Account Registration

Each Filipino player is permitted to hold exactly one active lodi646 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

When registering, you must provide:

• InstaPay bank transfer — deposits and withdrawals to eligible Philippine bank accounts.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on lodi646:

• Deposits are credited to your lodi646 PHP wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor.
